  • Redesigned organization to move from traditional to high performance work culture. Saved over $6 million in a 3-year period through the redesign alongside implementation of concurrent training processes (leadership training, operations and maintenance skills training, culture change, and problem solving).

  • In partnership with local technical college, implemented an industry-specific associate degree program. The participants’ supervisors reported in excess of 50 percent improvement in understanding of:  the work process, financial results of decision making, the supply chain, and how personal security is tied to company success.
